Sicily, Palermo city

....weather as I could have expected, nice, sunny, amazing. Arrived this morning in Sarajevo. It is all about mixed culture. You can smell the Turkish expedition in here during 12th century. Anyway, as I mentioned before that I was going to have a Turkish coffee on Bas carsija, I had it today. I was sitting in a local "kafana" how residents of this place say and had a coffee, couple of beers and "cevapcici" or skinless sauseges, famous in this place. They were delicious. I am amazed how cheap this place is.

Tomorrow morning I am flying to Bosnia, to Sarajevo. It will not be a long flight therefore I will enjoy in a turkish coffee tomorrow afternoon on Sarajevos famous Bas carsija.

I have to write a bit of Palermo city. Palermo has got lots of things and places that really amazed me. Places that are good to visit are old cathedral, Capella Palatina, Mortorana, Casa Profesa that are known by mozaics made in 12th century. The main street, Via Roma with nice shops and boutiques is very nice. Also, San a Gostin is a street where you can buy clothing, souvenirs and prices of those are affordable. Food is delicious. My preferances are pizzas, pasta a forno. Sicilan cuisine is authentic. It is not very expensive to have a lunch in a restaurant, around 2o euro with a drink. Restaurants that are visited by Milan soccer players are expensive. I can not describe how all places in this city are nice. I can only say that is worth it coming here.

First day in Palermo city gave me a positive feeling about the place. Sicilian city, Palermo,is amazing. Based on what I have seen so far my expatiation are above of what I expected. Hostel that I am staying at , Casa Marconi is quite good.
The whole city is tourism oriented due to history that makes this place very interesting. Tomorrow morning I will have a tour around the city. There are plenty of historical places that are interesting for sightseeing. I believe tomorrow will be an awesome day.
